Quality management in accordance with ISO 9001

By maintaining quality standards, we ensure that we are in line with the requirements of the market and provide our clients with excellent services. In order to do so, we have developed a process model and trained our employees accordingly. An additional aim is constant improvement and increasing customer satisfaction. We are certified in accordance with quality standard ISO 9001.

Test management in accordance with ISTQB

ISTQB stands for International Software Testing Qualifications Board and is the name of the certification body for software testers. Based on content from this body, we have developed our own procedural model for software test management.

Conservative and agile development methods

Our developers have expertise both in conservative and agile development methods and are able to implement this in a skilful and targeted manner.

Service lifecycle management in accordance with Run SAP Operations

With Run SAP Operations, SAP provides a method for the operation and maintenance of SAP systems. Cellent is a certified Run SAP Operations Partner.

Service delivery management in accordance with ITIL

ITIL is the de facto standard for IT service management and covers all phases from service strategy, to service design, service transition and service operation through to continual service improvement. Our employees are certified in accordance with ITIL.

Software management

Our software management approach is based on various industry standards and exceeds these standards. In this area, we have defined how we can provide our clients with added value through optimized project and service integration.

Project management in accordance with PMI and Prince2

PMI and Prince2 are project management standards that are used by Cellent.

Cellent outsourcing transition method

Based on PMI and Prince2, we have adapted the Cellent project management methods to the specific requirements of service transition and set out a concrete procedural model.

Application lifecycle management & consulting

We have bundled all of our method competence into our solutions application lifecycle management and application lifecycle consulting and are therefore able to offer clients two solution packages: our consultancy approach as an addition to a service-based IT organisation, as well as our procedural model for high-quality application management.
